I go to a pain management dr I have MS and a mass on my spine. While I was in his office talking to him?

he fell asleep and I told him that I need to get a catheter and he made fun of me. He yelled at me because I lost weight I am 98 lbs. If I tell him that I do not appericate what he says he will stop seeing me as a patient. I have called other pain management dr but none of them see MS patients. My neice went with me and when we went into his office to talk to him he would not even speak to me he kept making jokes about me neices name. I could use some advice about what to do and is this normal for Drs to act like this. Where can I report him with out having him know it is me?
