I keep having a dream that I woke up during my extensive and complicated surgery a week ago?

The surgeon says I didn't wake up but everytime I fall asleep I have that nightmare and when I wake up I jump up which isn't good for my new incisions and catheter. Do you think it's possible that I did and he's lying to me?
