Is strep throat during cardiac/catheter ablation okay?

i went to the doctor to see if i have strep throat and he checked and said the results are negative and i have no fever. the next day i received a cardiac/catheter ablation and i was discharged the morning after that. when i came home my primary care physician told me that i indeed do have strep throat because the lab confirmed it. and i know that such infections can lead to myocarditis or pericarditis. the doctor prescribed amoxicyllin (i think augmentin}. will i be okay? im afraid of having any heart infections
