What movie is this from?

There was a movie I watched while i was pregnant about this woman that goes crazy after she has her baby, and there is some doll too. i think the nanny did some ritual, but basically at the end she goes to bury the "doll" and she comes back in, wakes up, and doll is in crib.. no baby. What movie is this?
