What size horse for me?

Personally, there is no such thing as "too big". I have always had an affinity for big horses and it doesn't matter if you are petite. My horses are up to 17.2 h but I love big, powerful horses. Ride what you like and what makes you feel comfortable. I don't understand why anyone would say such a thing to you. Just do what you like and ignore this kind of silly comment. The only time there is an issue with size to me is when the person is too big for the horse, 20% rule. Otherwise, there are no limits.
